Under Joel's leadership, Stratos Jets became one of the first brokerages in the country to earn ARGUS Certified Broker status — a distinction that reflects a proactive approach to safety that goes beyond FAA minimums. Every carrier is rigorously vetted. Every crew is evaluated. Every aircraft must meet a standard that Joel set long before it became an industry expectation.
His involvement extends beyond individual trips. Joel has been an active voice at the Air Charter Association of North America (ACANA), advocating for higher standards across the industry. He built programs like the Stratos Marketplace and the SOAR membership to give clients more flexibility and transparency in how they access private aviation — without sacrificing the personal relationship at the center of every booking.
